How long is a Reiki Session? It is reccommended that a new client has 3 sessions a week apart to start with. The first session is to re-align (1.5 hours $120), second session I teach release work and continue with Reiki (1 hour $100) and the third session we should be noticing a good shift (also 1 hour for $100).

How long is a Past Life Regression? These sessions can go anywhere from 2-2.5 hour ($100 per hour). These are done from my healing space in Rolleston, Christchurch.

Where do you work from? I work Monday – Friday in my healing space in Rolleston and then I work Saturdays at Flow Therapuetics in Central Christchurch.

What other things do you offer? I am a Reiki Master Teacher – I teach Reiki Level 1, 2, 3a and the Master level. I like to compliment my Energy Wellness sessions with Radionics and various methods of Energy and Sound Healing. I also offer workshops and do events as I am on the Board of Trustees for Reiki New Zealand and I manage the Events Portfolio.
